Alejandro Jimenez
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chairman of the Board of Management
Mr. Jimenez started his career in 1973 at The Coca-Cola Company and he held various top management positions since 1981; as Region Director-Central America, Region Director-Caribbean, Vice President and Director of Marketing Operations- Latin America at The Coca-Cola Company. In 1991 he was appointed as the President and CEO at Panamco Mexico which was the largest subsidiary of PANAMCO, largest bottler in Latin America and second largest bottler in the world, and in 1994 as the President, COO and Member of the Board of Directors at PANAMCO where he resumed this responsibility until 2001. Mr. Jimenez was serving as a management consultant for the consumer goods companies in Mexico until February 2007, when he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Board of Management of EBI. Mr. Jimenez has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Texas.

Can Çaka
Member of the Board of Management
Mr. Çaka joined Anadolu Efes in 1997. Between 1997 and 2005, he served in a number of positions, including Finance Specialist of International Beer Operations, Finance and Administration Manager of Efes Ukraine Brewery and Strategy & Business Development Director of the Efes Beer Group. In June 2007, Mr. Çaka was appointed as the Strategy, Business and Market Development Director of the Efes Beer Group and resumed this responsibility until April 1st 2008 when he was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Director of Anadolu Efes. In addition, in EBI’s General Assembly held on May 9th 2008, Mr. Çaka was appointed as a member of the Board of Management of EBI.  Before joining  Anadolu Efes, Mr. Çaka had worked for Texas Instruments Software Ltd, UK as a business analyst and system engineer. Mr. Çaka has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electric and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University and further achieved Master of Business Administration degree again from Middle East Technical University.

Orhun Köstem
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Member of the Board of Management
Mr. Köstem joined the Anadolu Efes Group in 1994 as a Project Development Analyst, and assumed the responsibilities of Business Development Manager, Investor Relations Manager, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Manager and Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Director between 1999 and 2008. In May 2008 Mr. Köstem was appointed as a member of the Board of Management and the Chief Financial Officer of Efes Breweries International.  Mr. Köstem has a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Middle East Technical University in addition to a Master Degree in Law from the Bilgi University. Mr. Köstem is a member of the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey.

Demir Sarman
Member of the Board of Management
Mr. Sarman joined Anadolu Efes in 1997 and held various positions, including Chief Financial Officer or EBI between 1999 and 2008, until he was appointed as the Strategy, Business and Market Development Director of Efes Beer Group. Mr. Şarman resumes his position as a member of the Board of Management of EBI. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Efes Kazakhstan, Efes Russia, Efes Moldova, Efes Serbia, Anadolu Efes Technical Management and Consultancy N.V. and Efes Holland Technical Management and Consultancy B.V. Mr. Sarman is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Carlos P.M. Roelofs
Member of the Board of Management
Carlos P.M. Roelofs was appointed on June 1, 2006 as CEO of Fortis Intertrust, the Netherlands. From 1992 up to 1997, he has worked in Baker & McKenzie Law Office in Amsterdam. Later on, he was employed as a Director of Mees Pierson Intertrust and was amongst others, responsible for the setup in this period of Mees Pierson Management Services in Denmark between 1998 and 2001. Starting from 2001, Mr. Roelofs was employed as a Director of Axa Schade N.V. up to 2002. From 2002 to 2004 he was employed as CEO of First Alliance Trust. He studied law and graduated from University of Amsterdam and has an MBA degree from Nyenrode University.

Gokce Yanasmayan
Member of the Board of Management
Mr. Yanasmayan joined Anadolu Efes in 2004. Between 2004 and 2006, he served as Reporting and Budgeting Manager in Efes Kazakhstan. In September 2006 Mr. Yanasmayan was appointed as the Finance and Administration Manager of Efes Breweries International N.V. and still resumes this responsibility. In addition, in EBI’s General Assembly held on May 9th 2008, Mr. Yanaşmayan was appointed as a member of the Board of Management of EBI. Before joining  Efes Beer Group, Mr. Yanaşmayan had worked for Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young as a senior auditor in Istanbul and Dubai offices. Mr. Yanasmayan studied Economics at the Dokuz Eylul University.

Serdar Bölükbaşı
Chief Operating Officer (COO) - International Beer Operations
Mr. Bölükbaşı began his career in Anadolu Efes in 1984 as Budgeting and Finance Specialist. Then, he worked as Project Development Manager from 1990 to 1994, Marketing Coordinator from 1994 to 1998, General Manager of Efes Pazarlama from 1998 to 1999, General Director of Turkey Beer Division from 1999 to 2005 and of Russia & Kazakhstan COO from 2005 to 2007. Mr. Bölükbaşı has been working as International Beer Operations COO effective October 1st, 2007. Mr. Bölükbaşı  has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University. He has also completed the professional management program at the Ohio State University.

Tuğrul Ağırbaş
General Director Russia Operations

Mr. Tuğrul Ağırbaş started his career in 1990 as a Marketing Specialist at Project Development Department of Efes Istanbul Brewery. Thereafter; he became Sales Supervisor in 1996, Brand Development Supervisor in 1997, Marketing Brand Group Supervisor in 1998 and Marmara Beer Sales Manager in 1998. In 2000, he was appointed as Miller Brand Marketing Manager at our Turkey Beer Operations. In 2001 he was appoined as Marketing Manager of Moscow Efes Brewery. After executing these assignments successfully, Mr. Ağırbaş was appointed as Marketing Manager of Moscow Efes Brewery in 2001. Mr. Ağırbaş is a graduate of Istanbul University, Business Administration Department.
Cem Güner
General Manager of Efes Moldova
Mr. Güner began his career in Anadolu Efes in 1991 as a Marketing Specialist. Between 1994 and 2003 he served as Sales Manager in Efes Invest, Brand Supervisor and Group Brand Supervisor in Efes Pazarlama ve Dağıtım Tic. A.Ş., Marketing Manager in Efes Moscow Brewery and Brand Development Manager in Anadolu Efes. Mr. Güner was the Chief Marketing Officer of Anadolu Efes since 2003 until he was appointed as the General Manager of Efes Moldova in October 2007. Mr. Güner has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University.

Ömer Öğün
 General Manager of Efes Kazakhstan
Mr. Öğün started his career in Anadolu Group as Service Representative in Çelik Motor Ticaret A.Ş. (Çelik Motor) in 1992. Afterwards he worked as After Sales Executive at Çelik Motor between 1995-1998; Planning and Logistics Manager at Coca-Cola Rostov Bottlers between 1998-1999; Operations Manager at Moscow Efes Brewery Rostov Branch between 2000-2006. Mr. Öğün has been working as Operations Director of Efes Russia Operations since March 2006 until he was appointed as the General Manager of Efes Kazakhstan in May 2008. Before joining our Group Mr. Öğün worked as Service Manager in Tecimeroğlu Authorized Toyota and Renault Service from 1987 till 1991. Mr. Öğün is a graduate of Yıldız University.

Dinç Alkın
 General Manager of Efes Serbia

Mr. Alkın began his career in Anadolu Efes in 1986 as Territory Sales Supervisor at Ege Biracilik. Between 1988-1999 he worked in various positions including Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager of Ege Biracilik Ankara, Local Sales Manager, Sales Manager of Ege Biracilik Izmir, General Sales Manager of Efes Pazarlama ve Dağıtım Tic. A.Ş. Between 1999-2005 Mr. Alkın was the Sales Director of Turkey Beer Division. Mr. Alkın has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Dokuz Eylül University.

Mehmet Tanju Koçak
General Manager of Efes Georgia

Mr. Koçak joined Anadolu Group in 1993 as an assistant audit specialist. Between 1994-1996 Mr. Koçak worked as audit speacialist of Anadolu Group, between 1996-1997 as the Finance Manager of Coca-Cola Rostoc Bottlers, between 1997-1999 as the Financial Manager of Moscow Efes Brewery and between 1999-2006 as the Trade Manager of Moscow Efes Brewery. In March 2006, Mr. Koçak was appointed as the Kazan Plant Director of Efes Russia Operations and resumed this responsibility until February 2008, when he was appointed as the General Manager of Efes Georgia Operations.  Mr. Koçak has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University.
