The Offer will be made solely by the Offer Document and, in the case of EBI Registered Shareholders, the Form of Acceptance, which when issued will contain the full terms and conditions of the Offer, including details of how the Offer may be accepted by EBI Registered Shareholders and how holders of EBI GDRs can participate in the Offer. The Offer cannot be validly accepted by holders of EBI Shares or any other person through means of downloading a copy of the Offer Document and Form of Acceptance from the Micro-Site.

Access to the Micro-Site
